Phone-powered, fan-built "screen" where every device becomes a pixel in one live UCL experience. Designed for dense venues, limited infrastructure, and maximum fan participation.

Designed end-to-end: experience flow, visual language, motion, and toolkits for markets. The build considered latency, brightness, and the choreography of fans arriving, joining, and leaving the experience in real time.
