DELIVERABLES
A concept that would work well as a purpose-led AFP for Mzansi's most loved brand, KOO. This would be a comprehensive marketing campaign that would launch the brand's new platform "Uzogcwala" through a TV show, social media, digital, in-store, PR, and events.
CONTRIBUTION
1. Concept. 2. TV Show Oversight. 3. Rewrote the Brenda Fassie song. 4. Collaborated with the composer to re-record the iStraight Lendaba song.
5. Directed show stings & promos. 6. Co-directed the first 6 episodes of the show. 7. Directed edits for the first 6 episodes. 8. Selected voice artists for the campaign. 9. Directed VO artist during recordings. 10. Production and delivery of the 6 episodes.
HIGHLIGHTS
Giving birth to an idea that required multiple agencies to bring the end product to life. Leading the entire process from concept to development, testing, shooting, interviews, events and finally seeing the Colour Your Plate with KOO cooking show live on SABC 2.
